An accomplished senior executive in Calgary, Alberta, Paul Crilly has leadership experience with both public and private companies. After serving as Chief Financial Officer at Ryan Energy Technologies and Global Thermoelectric, he became President and CEO of Ram Cementers in 2004. Upon the sale of Ram Cementers, he joined Norex Exploration Services as President and CEO.

Other highlights of his career include overseeing an energy portfolio as Managing Director, Energy at K2 & Associates Investment Management and completing the restructuring of a billion dollar oilfield services company.

Mr. Crilly served four years as President and CEO of Evolution Engineering in addition to four years as President and CEO of Norex Exploration Services. Under his leadership, Norex became the fourth fastest-growing company in Alberta, according to the Venture 50 program. Revenues grew from $11 million to over $115 million during his tenure. Recently, Mr. Crilly was Managing Director of Buffalo Inspection Services, a Crilly Capital portfolio investment.
